Merchant Obligations

The merchant is obliged to deliver goods to the consumer that conform to the terms and conditions set out in the contract.

Goods shall be considered to conform to the terms and conditions of the contract if they match the description provided by the merchant to the consumer and possess the same qualities as the sample of the goods presented by the merchant to the consumer.

In the absence of a description provided by the merchant to the consumer, goods shall be considered to conform to the terms and conditions of the contract if they are fit for the purpose communicated by the consumer to the merchant at the time of concluding the contract and which the merchant accepted.

Legal Guarantee

If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer has the right to require the merchant to remedy the defect (free repair or replacement of the goods, or a price reduction), or to withdraw from the contract.

Repair and replacement of goods are the consumer's primary rights. The consumer has the right to require the merchant to repair or replace the goods free of charge, except where this is impossible due to the nature of the goods, or would require disproportionate or unreasonably high costs.

Goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time (replacement — no later than 10 calendar days from the discovery of the defect; standard repair — no later than 30 calendar days from the discovery of the defect), without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which the consumer purchased them.

Free repair or replacement of goods means the merchant bears all costs (including postage, labour, and material costs) necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the terms and conditions of the contract.

The consumer has the right to request a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Repair or replacement of the goods is impossible
  • The merchant has not repaired or replaced the goods within a reasonable time and the consumer has lost interest in the performance of the contract
  • Repair or replacement of the goods by the merchant will cause significant inconvenience to the consumer

The consumer has the right, upon withdrawing from the contract, to claim compensation for damages caused by non-performance of the contract, in accordance with the procedure established by Georgian legislation.

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect in the goods is minor.

The consumer has the right to exercise the above-mentioned rights if the defect in the goods is discovered within 2 years of delivery of the goods to the consumer.

If the consumer discovers a defect in the goods within 6 months of taking possession of the goods, it shall be presumed — until proven otherwise — that the defect existed at the time of delivery of the goods, provided this is possible given the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect. In such cases, the burden of proof lies with the merchant. If the consumer discovers a defect in the goods after 6 months of taking possession, the burden of proving that the defect existed at the time of delivery lies with the consumer.

Order Processing

The consumer may purchase items by placing an order on the merchant's website (sseasons.com), after which the consumer proceeds to the checkout, enters their payment details, and completes the transaction.

From the moment of payment, the merchant ensures that the consumer's order is processed. The delivery timeframe is determined according to the schedule set out below.

An order is considered completed upon delivery of the item to the consumer.

If delivery of an item to the consumer is not possible, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded.

The consumer is obliged to inspect the order upon receipt and confirm with a signature that the item has no visible defects.

The merchant is obliged, upon request, to provide the customer with all documents relating to the order.

Delivery Terms and Fees

Location Delivery Time Price
Tbilisi 1–2 business days FREE
Regions 3–5 business days FREE

If several unsuccessful delivery attempts occur due to the consumer's fault, the cost of resending the package is covered by the consumer.

Return of Damaged Goods

  • Please note that in the case of damage, return authorisation must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order. Otherwise, we will not be able to authorise a return or refund.
  • To request return authorisation, please contact us at sales@sseasons.com or +995 551 660 022 and provide a brief reason for your return. We will request a photo to confirm the damage or fault.
  • Returned goods must be received within 3 business days of receiving return authorisation.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Return Policy

To request an unconditional return, the consumer must contact us at:

Upon withdrawing from the contract, the consumer is obliged to:

  • Return the goods to the merchant immediately following notification of withdrawal, but no later than 7 calendar days.
  • Bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

If the item's characteristics do not match the information provided on the website, the item has an original defect, or the item was damaged during transportation, the merchant will arrange the return of the goods at its own expense.

The consumer is obliged to return the item in full, along with all accompanying documents.

The merchant is obliged to refund the amount paid by the consumer within 14 calendar days of receiving notification of the return. The merchant has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to a different payment method.

The consumer's withdrawal from a distance contract automatically results in their withdrawal from any related contract and the restoration of the original state of affairs.

Upon withdrawal from the contract, the obligations assumed by the parties under the distance contract are extinguished, and whatever the parties received in performance of the contract shall be returned to them.

Exceptions to the Right of Unconditional Withdrawal

  • The consumer received goods in sealed packaging, the seal was broken after delivery, and the goods cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
  • The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for goods or services whose price does not exceed 30 GEL.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations if such non-performance is caused by natural or technological disasters, fire, acts of war, or government decisions, provided that these events began or developed after the order was placed.

If any of the listed circumstances directly affect the timeframe for performance of obligations under these consumer terms and conditions, that timeframe shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event.

The party affected by a force majeure event is obliged to notify the other party of such event, its likely duration, and its cessation.

The facts set out in the notification must be confirmed by the relevant regional trade, industrial, or other competent authority.

Failure to notify or delayed notification deprives the party of the right to invoke the above-mentioned force majeure events as grounds for exemption from liability.
